In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in either the OTC (Order to Cash) or PTP (Procure to Pay) processes, depending on your experience and career aspirations.
What we expect
- minimum a year of accounting experience, preferably in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment (OTC/AR or PTP/AP);
- fluent in English (minimum B1+ level) and French (minimum B2 level);
- strong desire to develop and grow professionally;
- excellent team player with a collaborative mindset;
- openness to participating in international projects;
- commitment to enhancing accounting skills and knowledge;
- bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or related field (or relevant accounting courses) - nice to have.

Your tasks
You will be responsible for:
- creating and maintaining internal control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
- independently handling structured transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes;
- proactively identifying and resolving errors in financial data, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting.
- analyzing processes and suggesting improvements, contributing to a more efficient and effective finance function;
- working closely with team leaders, managers, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication;
- supporting and mentoring junior staff by providing guidance and support as they develop their skills;
- participating in various projects, contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives;
- adhering to company policies and regulations to ensure ethical and compliant financial practices;
- being involved in internal and external audit activities, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high standards of financial control;
- youll play an active role in the month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting;
- youll match invoices received with goods received and ensure that all discrepancies are resolved.
