Your Impact

You will ensure compliance with Polish accounting and tax regulations and internal accounting regulations and policies.

You will be based in Poznan and will be part of our finance group.

You will ensure that management accounting is carried out according to firm standards.

You will be engaged in balance sheet reconciliation.

You will participate in tax returns preparation together with other teams in the firm.

You will ensure that reports required by Polish regulations are prepared and submitted on time.

You will coordinate Year End closure activities including Financial Statement preparation and cooperate on this topic with other teams.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• University degree, preferably in Finance
• 6+ years of Finance and Accounting experience with knowledge of taxes and related processes in a professional service environment
• Good verbal and written language skills both in Polish and English
• Solid MS Office skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries
• Excellent communication skills to tailor messages over the phone or via email, both in Polish and English
