Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable & Banking

In our office in Szczecin, we are seeking a Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable & Banking who will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers for all KK Wind Solutions entities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and collecting receivables
• Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies
• Posting transactions and allocating payments
• Sending statements of accounts/open balance lists
• Preparing reports and overviews
• Actively participating in month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Fostering close collaboration with key stakeholders and other departments in KK
• Answering and resolving inquiries from customers and auditors
• Constantly striving to improve and optimize processes and work procedures
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
• Supporting data migration projects within accounts receivable

Our requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as D365 or SAP would be beneficial
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
• Proactive approach and "can-do" attitude
• Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Capability to work independently in a global environment
