Job Overview
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for contributing to Relativity’s day‑to‑day and month‑end accounting, reporting and compliance activities, specifically focusing on supporting all aspects of the expense and financial reporting cycles for specified EMEA countries, including Poland, Germany, UK, Ireland and Australia. You will interact regularly with employees, outside accounting firms and auditors and work collaboratively with functional leads within the US Accounting, Tax, Finance, IT and Procurement teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the monthly close process for Poland and select countries, prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis while ensuring accuracy and adherence to both US and local GAAP.
- Prepare reporting packages for third‑party accounting service providers to ensure accuracy of statutory accounting and reporting requirements.
- Maintain local and US books in the appropriate systems while ensuring that US and statutory differences are properly reconciled.
- Work with outside service providers, where applicable, on the coordination and preparation of local ledgers.
- Assist in statutory audits by liaising with statutory auditors, preparing audit schedules and assisting with preparation of financial statements and related filings.
- Assist in the implementation of accounting, procedural or control changes as needed to support accounting processes development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Knowledgeable of local statutory reporting requirements (Polish Accounting Act).
- Ability to interact in a highly professional, collaborative manner with all levels of personnel, both internal and external.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision and utilize judgment in performance of assigned responsibilities.
- Detail oriented, dependable and able to work discreetly with sensitive, confidential information.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and evolving responsibilities.
- Must be resourceful and take the initiative to follow through on assigned and/or new tasks.
- Experience in a Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliant environment, a plus.

Compensation
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 98 000 and 146 000 PLN. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
