Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements and tax declarations (CIT, VAT, VAT-EU, WHT, local taxes) and reporting declarations (NBP / GUS)
• Monthly production settlements and supervision of inventory management
• Issuing sales invoices and collecting necessary documentation confirming service delivery or goods export
• Maintaining fixed asset and intangible asset registers, and calculating depreciation
• Preparation and control of accruals and prepayments
• Supervision of transfer pricing and its documentation
• Settlement of domestic and international business trips
• Identification of financial risks and recommending corrective actions
• Preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Filing all required tax submissions in accordance with applicable regulations
• Preparing reports for the Management Board and Supervisory Board
• Cooperation with the tax office and other institutions

• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of the CIT and VAT regulations
• Good knowledge of Polish labor, tax, and accounting regulations
• Necessary experience in settling accounts for a production company
• English - C1
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Organization of own work and independence in managing accounting

• Polish - B2/C1
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
• Experience with payroll processing
• Multitasking and the ability to work under time pressure

• Hybrid in KRAKÓW (2-3 times per week in the office)
• Contract of employment, directly with our Client
• Salary up to 16 000 PLN gross
