As a Senior Accountant, you will be co-responsible for statutory and management accounting. You will ensure compliance with Polish accounting and tax regulations as well as internal accounting policies and procedures for our growing organization.

What will you do as a Senior Accountant at Dawn Foods?

Your main responsibilities and activities will be:

• Participation in the preparation of financial statements
• Preparation of statistical reports
• Preparation of tax declarations
• Posting and recording documents
• Posting and calculation of provisions, foreign currency valuations, deferred tax, accruals, etc.
• Maintaining fixed asset records and reconciling them with general ledger accounts.

What Does It Take to be a Senior Accountant at Dawn Foods?

You are well organized, analytical and have ability to work in a structured way with attention to details & under pressure to meet required deadlines. Your attitude is to get things done. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Higher education (field of study: Economics, Finance, and Accounting)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an independent accountant position
• Knowledge of Enova and/or SAP software will be an additional advantage
• Practical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations (CIT, VAT)
• Intermediate level of English proficiency
• Fluency in English & Polish is a must, to be able to communicate with the rest of the team members.
