Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Accountant.

Our client is an international company with foreign subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Managing full accounting of the company in compliance with applicable regulations (accounting, taxes, reporting).
• Handling intercompany transactions - reconciling balances and documenting settlements between related entities.
• Ensuring proper circulation of financial and accounting documents.
• Preparing tax declarations (VAT, CIT) in cooperation with an external accounting firm.
• Preparing data for financial statements.
• Participating in the preparation of budgets and financial analyses.
• Initiating and implementing improvements in document circulation, cost control, and accounting processes.
• Collaborating with foreign branches and accounting firms in the area of finance and accounting.
• Continuously improving accounting processes, documentation, and internal procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting (experience in international environment is a plus).
• Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in accounting and finance.
• Confident use of financial-accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
