Senior Account Manager

Key Expectations & Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships – manage and grow relationships with key accounts, building long‑term partnerships and uncovering new revenue opportunities.
- Run 360 & ATL campaigns – oversee complex advertising projects from brief to delivery, coordinating creative, media, strategy and production teams.
- Offer strategic advice – present innovative communication and media strategies that are grounded in market insights and business goals.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams – ensure all internal partners are aligned and projects are delivered on time and to spec.
- Manage budgets – track spend, negotiate with vendors and guarantee campaigns are financially sound.
- Deliver compelling presentations – prepare and deliver client presentations at all levels, communicating vision and results.
- Mentor junior staff – coach and support Account Executives / Managers, fostering growth within the team.
Requirements / What You Need To Bring
- Minimum 2 years as a Senior Account Manager (or equivalent) in an advertising agency.
- Proven leadership of complex 360 & ATL campaigns covering TV, radio, OOH and digital.
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and senior‑level presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker, highly organized, proactive and capable of juggling multiple complex projects.
- Strong ability to communicate expectations and advocate for strategic recommendations.
- Solid understanding of production processes and media planning.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
