Opis oferty pracy

We are looking for a hungry, focused, and resilient sales professional with excellent collaboration and sales execution skills to grow our business across the market unit.

The Account Executive will target strategic accounts, building pipelines, creating, and closing opportunities. Using a consultative, value-based sales approach, you will promote IFSs award-winning products and leverage our broader portfolio to deliver value to customers. You will use industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise to identify and qualify deals within our existing customer base.

This role is within a high-growth, transformational market unit that challenges industry standards and disrupts the global enterprise software space. Our go-to-market strategy focuses on geographical and industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strong sales execution and ongoing skill refinement
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for designated industries
  • Create and maintain Territory and Account Plans, including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps
  • Manage the entire sales process from demand generation to closing, including RFI/RFP processes, business case development, and resource coordination within a matrix organization
  • Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales strategies, and accelerate deal cycles
  • Own annual sales targets and quarterly delivery
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline (4x coverage)
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and global teams for collaboration
  • Maintain CRM and account hygiene, along with accurate forecasting and reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven enterprise software sales experience with quota delivery in assigned markets and industries
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, resilience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience in sales cadence, forecasting, and reporting
  • Consistent record of meeting/exceeding quotas
  • Excellent communication skills in English and relevant local language
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization, building relationships and support networks
  • Minimum 3 years in Account Management
