Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Work with clients to receive and analyze briefing requests.
• Build project timing plans and project estimates.
• Guide clients and manage their expectations, projects, and production issues.
• Solicit client feedback and communicate potential areas of improvement to management.
• Establish good work relations and relationships with clients, client service teams, transcreation partners, and creative teams.
• Hybrid remote work model.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge and experience with relevant video, digital, and print production processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of web and/or content publishing processes is a plus.
• Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• People skills that will inspire the confidence of our clients and build trust with client, agency, and executional teams.
• Ability to adapt work style to needs of various clients and internal/external agency teams.
• Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers.
• Ability to analyze organizational and process challenges, and to recommend improvements.
• Balance both creative quality and financial responsibility.
• Ability to resolve conflict through diplomacy, empathy, and understanding.
• Fluent English - both written and spoken is a must.
• Multilingual is a plus.
