The SAP Senior ABAP Expert acts as the primary technical authority for custom developments across the global SAP landscape. He/she supports and develops tailored solutions within ECC, S/4HANA, GTS on HANA, SAP CRM, and have exposure to Integration Suite. The role plays a key part in the transformation program towards S/4HANA and ensures the consistency and quality of custom code in line with modern SAP development standards. In addition, the expert collaborates on the design and enablement of SAP Fiori applications and extensions deployed in a hybrid architecture using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The position requires a deep understanding of SAP backend technologies, clean coding principles, and cross-system integration practices, including support for cloud and future-ready platforms.

,[Act as main technical reference for ABAP-related topics across the SAP system landscape, Design, develop, and maintain high-quality ABAP code in ECC and S/4HANA systems, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices: User Exits, BADIs, Object-Oriented ABAP, Adobe Forms, and interfaces (IDoc, OData, REST, RFC), Fiori Apps extension via RAP, Support the migration of custom developments from ECC to S/4HANA using tools like Readiness Check, Simplification Item List, and ATC, Responsible for all activities related to ABAP code adjustments during yearly SAP upgrades and technology lifecycle events, Support and enhance backend services and data models (e.g., CDS Views, AMDPs) for SAP Fiori applications, Collaborate on side-by-side extensions and integration scenarios leveraging SAP BTP and cloud connectors, Maintain and optimize system performance through effective debugging and performance tuning (SQL Trace, Runtime Analysis), Use modern development tools such as Eclipse with ABAP Development Tools (ADT), ATC, and SCI for quality assurance, Coordinate with other domain experts and Functional Experts to ensure robust cross-system processes, Support the quality assurance and technical design review of deliverables produced by external development partners, Participate as contributor in key SAP projects, including S/4HANA transformation, BTP-based extensions, and Fiori application delivery Requirements: ABAP, SAP, Adobe, OData, Fiori, SAP BTP, Performance tuning Additionally: Private healthcare, sharing the costs of professional training, pre-paid cards, holiday funds, sharing the costs of holidays for kids, christmas gifts, employee referral program, integration events, Free coffee, family picnics.
