We are looking for a Seeburger Specialist to join our global team supporting key integration and transaction systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high service availability, investigating incidents, and ensuring smooth operation of mission-critical systems within a dynamic, global environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Seeburger BIS, Java
- Proficiency in Java and working experience in Unix/Linux/Windows environments.
- Familiarity with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring tools.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Databases and SQL.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture is a plus.
- Awareness of Logging and Monitoring best practices.
- Proven experience as a Production Technical Support Engineer.
- Proven background in Service Management and ITIL-based operations.
- ITIL Accreditation is highly desirable.
- Experience working in globally distributed, multi-site teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Incident / Problem / Change Management procedures.
- Understanding of Banking Transaction Systems or experience within the Banking Domain is beneficial.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with production service support tools.
- Experience with microservices and modern integration platforms.
- Know-how of Problem and Change Management fundamentals.
