About this opportunity

Welcome to our global operational team, responsible for maintaining business-critical Authentication & Authorization systems, supporting Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, Authorization, and Access Management.

Within IAM Operations, we add value by keeping the lights on and maintaining and improving authentication, authorization, and access control tools and processes across the enterprise. We are responsible for implementation, operating, and monitoring of IT security processes.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Deploy and operate authentication and authorization capabilities.
2. Maintain server infrastructure to ensure lack of vulnerabilities, keep high resiliency level of our systems, contribute to security, stability, and risk reduction.
3. Work closely with development teams to ensure the platform is designed with operability, security, and flawless end-user experience in mind.

The role is based in Poland, Sweden, Finland, or Norway. Please note the candidate should be located in the country of hire already.

You have experience and background from specified areas (the more the better):

1. Technical and/or process experience in Identity and Access Management discipline with emphasis on authorization and authentication solutions.
2. Knowledge of identity federation technology (OpenID Connect, SAML).
3. Knowledge of Reverse Proxy Server.
4. Experience with Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
5. Familiarity with DevOps toolset (e.g., Kubernetes, Ansible) and scripting skills.
6. Experience with IBM Security Access Manager would be a plus.
7. Linux and Windows-based system administration skills.
