Information Security Specialist

Team: IT Operations

We are looking for passionate individual to join our Security Team to work on various initiatives aiming at increasing security posture of our organization. You will be part of Security Team, reporting to Group CISO. This role is combination of hand-on responsibilities, as well as, coordinating/overseeing work done by other Teams (including managed service providers).

What are the examples of topics you will work on?

• Coordinate implementation of information classification and DLP in Microsoft 365.
• Coordinate cyber-attack simulation exercises.
• Deliver recurring security awareness training for existing employees.
• Help building new PCI DSS compliance programme for Hotels.
• Support project aiming to align with new SWIFT requirements for cloud infrastructure.

Who are we looking for?

1. Person with 3+ years of experience in cyber security area.

2. Good communication skills, comfortable discussing with business stakeholders, using less technical

language.

3. Experience working with Azure and M365 in the area of security configuration.

4. Good command of English (B2 or higher).

5. Experience in working with PCI DSS compliance framework.

6. Experience working with SWIFT CSCF standard will be additional advantage.

7. Experience working inside or in close cooperation with SOC will be additional advantage.

,[Cooperate with SOC/CERT and cloud infrastructure team (managed service provider) for a daily incident response., Contribute to building and maintaining security awareness programme., Identify areas of improvements across our digital landscape, i.e. M365, Azure, Oracle Fusion., Deliver improvements directly, as well as, collaborate with other Team in charge of delivering security improvements (i.e. Applications Team, Cloud Infrastructure Team, Network Team)., Provide advisory for new digital projects (i.e. security assessments of potential vendors, good practice recommendations at solution design stage)., Help coordinate significant security incidents., Contribute to ensuring compliance with security standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, SWIFT CSCF).
