As a Security Site Coordinator (located in Nysa, PL) here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless design support and installation of security systems (including CCTV, Intrusion and Access Control Systems) at our construction sites. Your expertise in coordinating activities of Honeywell resources and external subcontractors, managing quality of works and ensuring compliance with regulations to support efficient and further effective operation of our clients buildings.
Your role in overseeing the installation process, supporting design phase, coordinating integration process with 3rd party systems and subcontractors. You will be also involved in coordination of security systems programming support and commissioning, working closely with Honeywell devices and software. You will report directly to our local Project Management Leader with great cooperation with Senior Project Manager on site. In this role, you will impact the performance and functionality of Security Systems, ensuring smooth implementation of Honeywell solutions, optimal operation on site and customer satisfaction.
responsibilities :
Coordinate the design, installation, integration, and commissioning of Security Systems (incl. CCTV, ACS and Intrusion System)
Manage resources (subcontractors) including technicians and engineering staff
to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all aspects of building management system operations (including HSE and Quality regulations)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needs and provide technical support
Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in security solutions scope
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in security systems or related field on construction projects.
Strong knowledge of building security systems (knowledge of Honeywell solutions desirable, but not essential), including cameras, DVMs, Intrusion detectors, Door controllers and perimetric security
Strong knowledge of SECURITY and low voltage systems,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluent English and Polish languages to work efficiently in international environment
Understanding of scheduling process, delivering milestones and IT tools (incl. MS Project and Autocad)
