Project

Stay current with the latest security trends, technologies, and industry best practices, particularly around Zero Trust, cloud security, and network security.

Mentor team members on cybersecurity frameworks, including the use of advanced security tools and security monitoring platforms.

Participate in internal and external technical communities to share knowledge on the latest security solutions and innovations.

Develop reusable intellectual property (IP) and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies related to cybersecurity architectures.

Technical Experience

• Deep understanding of SD-WAN technologies and their role in securing network traffic across distributed environments.
• Experience with cloud security architectures in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including securing workloads and data using firewall solutions, identity management, and encryption.
•  Expertise in implementing SOC and SIEM platforms to provide advanced threat detection, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
•  Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and the ability to design solutions that reduce attack surfaces and improve security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of success in designing and implementing cybersecurity architectures for large-scale enterprises or SMBs.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with senior IT stakeholders on security strategies.
• Hands-on experience with firewall technologies (including Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet and Juniper), SD-WAN, and cloud-native security tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading technical discussions and influencing customer decisions.

Certifications

• Required: Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist (NSE7 - Network Security and/or Public Cloud Security and/or Secure Access Service Edge), Microsoft AZ-500, or equivalent security certifications.
• Preferred: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and AWS, Azure or Google security certifications.
