Job Description

• Assist in the design and implementation of security solutions.
• Continuously enhance information security approaches and methodologies.
• Support development teams in adopting security testing tools and processes.
• Upskill teams in security testing.
• Perform manual and automated security testing.
• Validate vulnerabilities through manual testing.
• Review testing results with stakeholders and create reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the financial industry in a similar position.
• Practical knowledge of security standards (like OWASP), information assurance, security management, and technologies.
• Understanding of network protocols, data encryption methods , and knowledge of programming languages like JAVA, .NET, Python .
• Ability to perform tool-assisted application security testing (SAST, DAST, manual penetration tests ).
• Skills in triaging and reporting vulnerabilities.
• Experience assisting developers with vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to assist teams with onboarding to SAST & DAST and orchestrating scans with CI/CD platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
• University/college degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
