responsibilities :

Design, implement, and manage advanced security solutions, including vulnerability management systems and privileged access management tools.
Conduct regular phishing simulations and analyze results to boost email security awareness and resilience across the organization.
Collaborate with IT and IT Security teams to ensure the seamless integration of security tools and initiatives.
Respond to IT security incidents, conduct thorough investigations, and take corrective actions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Monitor and analyze systems for security vulnerabilities and threats, ensuring early detection and response.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO27001 and NIS2, within the organizations security frameworks.
Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline security tasks and increase operational efficiency.
Perform regular vulnerability assessments, coordinating remediation efforts with internal teams.
Stay updated on the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices, applying them to our infrastructure.
Educate team members and end users on IT security best practices through training sessions and workshops.
Work closely with the global Cybersecurity Team to align security strategies with organizational goals.

requirements-expected :

Proven experience in IT security, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with security tools, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation purposes.
Strong analytical skills for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and work within international teams.
Familiarity with cloud security, especially with platforms like Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
