Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting for complex security-related issues.

requirements-expected :
2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT Security or a closely related field.
Working knowledge of key security frameworks such as NIST and ISO/IEC 27001 & 27002.
Familiarity with major regulatory standards including GDPR, FISMA, PCI, and SOX.
Exposure to Industrial IoT network protocols and security standards.
Understanding of modern security technologies such as SIEM, XDR, SOAR, Zero Trust, SSPM, DLP/CASB, and network security tools.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
