We are seeking an experienced Security Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of a robust security architecture across headquarters and retail store environments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the retail industry and a strong background in securing distributed environments.

Your tasks

• Design and document security architecture for environments connecting headquarters and retail stores
• Define and implement system and network hardening standards
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts
• Establish monitoring capabilities and develop incident response procedures

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in security architecture or engineering, preferably within the retail sector
• Strong knowledge of network security, hardening practices, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Ability to work 2 days per week on-site in Wrocław (hybrid model)
• Residence in Poland is required
