Security Culture & Awareness Specialist (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Security Culture & Awareness Specialist to support a leading automotive client in strengthening their cybersecurity posture. In this role, you will build and maintain a long-term security awareness program that reduces human-related security risks and supports compliance across the organization. Hybrid work model – 2 days per week in the client’s office in Wrocław.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, implement and maintain a Security Culture & Awareness Program
  • Measure and monitor security awareness maturity levels
  • Assess specific risks for different functional target groups
  • Design and deliver dedicated training per target group
  • Create and maintain KPIs for the program
  • Develop automated reporting of awareness program results
  • Explain cybersecurity risks and best practices in a simple, audience‑adapted way
  • Use diverse communication methods to drive secure behavior change
  • Design and develop security training materials
  • Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and industry regulations
  • Collaborate across international teams and multiple business units
  • Plan and organize awareness initiatives, campaigns, and improvements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Security Culture & Awareness Program delivery
  • Solid technical understanding of cybersecurity principles
  • Familiarity with NIST, CSF, ISO27000 or similar frameworks
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in the automotive sector (GDPR, NIS, UNECE R155)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information for different audiences
  • Experience with security behavior communication strategies
  • Hands‑on experience developing security training content
  • Experience using MS Office tools
  • Previous work in international environments and across cultures
  • Interpersonal, networking, planning and organisational skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to work from the office in Wrocław 2 times a week
  • Residing in Poland required
