Position Summary
Our Client seeks Industrial Security Coordinator CEE, whose role will be to implement the company’s security strategy in the region (Silesia, Lesser Poland, Czechia), in close cooperation with security division. To ensure the security of production plants, offices, warehouses, and all business processes in the company. And to coordinate security measures, risk management, personnel and asset protection, crisis management, and incident investigations.

,[Manage daily physical security operations for offices, plants, and warehouses. Oversee administrative security needs, including access control requests, security-related training, and first-aid suppliers., Coordinate external security providers responsible for manned guarding and surveillance., Conduct and update Threat and Security Risk Assessments for the country in line with the company’s standards., Act as Strategic, Operational, and Tactical advisor to Regional Leadership during major incidents and crises., Implement security programs locally and provide feedback to central expertise., Deliver accurate and timely reports on sensitive security incidents and major events., Advise regional/country management on security policies and best practices to foster security awareness and culture., Manage financial activities of the security organization, including budget planning, monthly payment control, and project planning. Requirements: Degree, Security, GDPR, MS Excel
