Tasks

• Implementing and maintaining FortiGate firewall infrastructure.
• Provisioning firewalls, based on consultation with customer.
• Providing on-going support & Troubleshooting firewall infrastructure problems.
• Troubleshooting firewall related problems as reported by customers.
• Ensure all network security rules are configured according to least privileged access and best practices following standards.
• Remediation of network security compliance reports generated daily.
• Performing device replacements and firmware upgrades when required.
• Troubleshooting customer authentication incidents mostly related to OTR/ANC.
• Deployment of network firewall in production environment.
• Monitoring performance and availability of firewall devices.
• Manage and administrate core security components like Firewalls, VPN, NAC and Proxy solution.
• Monitoring of all services to ensure they are up and running.

Requirements

• Experience with Firewall & Network, such as Switching, Routing, IPSEC VPNs, Tunnelling and Security.
• 10 years of hands-on experience in security domain managing Security Infrastructure.
• Good working experience on VPN, Aruba ClearPass NAC and Zscaler Proxy solution.
• Experience with VPN, NAC and cloud proxy installation, setup and administration.
• Good knowledge on Aruba ClearPass NAC integration with wired and wireless authentication.
• Hands-on experience in administration of Zscaler proxy solution.
• Faster troubleshooting skills to analyze and provide fixes for user-reported incidents.
