Security Analyst/Consultant - 3rd party risk
For our client in the banking industry, we are looking for an experienced Consultant. Join our team and support us in the area of security and risk management of third‑party vendors. We are looking for a person who is not afraid to analyze contracts, catch nuances in provisions and translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
Your tasks
- Support the team in reviewing, verifying and analyzing contracts with external suppliers
- Verify compliance of documents with internal and external requirements (including EBA guidelines, DORA regulation)
- Identify information security and business continuity risks and propose ways to mitigate them
- Formulate recommendations and proposals for changes to documentation in the form of ready‑made clauses/provisions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Analyst
- Knowledge of regulations applicable to the financial sector, in particular Banking Law, EBA outsourcing guidelines, DORA regulation
- Fluency in Polish and English in reading and understanding contractual documentation (including contractual clauses)
- Ability to use office tools, especially MS Office package
- Experience in identifying risks and knowledge of practical techniques to mitigate them
- Ability to formulate contractual provisions and contract clauses with precision
- Availability to work in the office (Warsaw, Poznan or Wroclaw) on a quarterly basis
