Your tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure that the provided valuations are in line with the set plausibility checks as representativeness, recent update, regular variation, duly authorized price,
• Select the appropriate price sources and setup the automated prices feeds accordingly. In the absence of appropriate price or pricing source contact the authorized governing body of the fund and keep the specific valuation instruction up to date,
• Document price checks and changes, file working materials on a daily basis and archive files regularly,
• Ensure the valuation of exchange rates and indices,
• Contact with the different counterparties to obtain the underlying documents for alternative investments funds,
• Book hedge funds transactions and save documents related to the hedge funds activity,
• Analyze the requests of the different stakeholders (external requests and internal requests), interact constructively with them and answer to their requests,
• Collaborate with the Client Service Delivery Management team on client specific requests, complaints or operational incidents

Your skills and experience

• University degree in finance or economics (or equivalent),
• A first experience in the fund industry, and/or experience in Securities domain are an asset,
• Good knowledge of financial instruments and of financial market mechanisms are an asset,
• French and German are an asset,
• Excellent organizational skills, team spirit, flexibility, communication, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility,
• Knowledge of Financial Information Provider stations (as Bloomberg, Refinitiv) are an asset.
• Availability to work early morning shifts and late evening shifts as required by the role
• Availability to work from the office
