Your profile:

• Fluent English,
• 1-3 years of relevant experience,
• Good understanding of securities markets, specifically functions of a custodian,
• Knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements,
• Basic understanding of Corporate Actions event processing and reconciliation,
• Profound experience in securities settlements (capturing, instructing & monitoring orders),
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, typically MT54x settlement instructions.

Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week from the office)

Responsibilities:

Securities settlements:

• Provide settlement services in our role as a global custodian for our clients,
• Ensure securities portfolios are transferred between other financial institutions,
• Guarantee timely settlement of transactions in global markets and play an active role in looking after accurate realignments of securities positions.

Fund settlements:

• Process private placement hedge funds and mutual funds transfers for our clients,
• Ensure risk aware exception handling, trade monitoring and manual interventions on client & market transactions,
• Liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of client assets.
