,[Project Planning: Create end-to-end project plans defining scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements for secure infrastructure initiatives., Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for technical teams, security specialists, and leadership, ensuring alignment on goals and delivery expectations., RAID Management: Identify risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure security and regulatory compliance., Budget Management: Control project budgets and resource utilization to ensure delivery within agreed constraints., Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and supporting team members to achieve milestones., Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, KPIs, and delivery status; prepare regular reports and presentations for senior stakeholders; adapt plans when scope or priorities change., Continuous Improvement: Run retrospectives and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future delivery approaches.
