Sea & Rail Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities
- develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in the Sea & Rail market
- identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs
- analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies
- deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners
- monitor business development performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets
Our requirements
- proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the logistics or transportation sector
- strong understanding of the Sea & Rail market and its dynamics
- demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Polish and English
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
- willingness to travel
