Obowiązki

• oversee full-cycle data project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks,
• coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders,
• manage client communication, serving as the primary contact for updates, feedback, and issue resolution,
• monitor project status using tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project, providing transparent progress reports,
• proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies,
• allocate resources effectively and adjust team assignments based on evolving project demands,
• facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives,
• promote process improvements through regular feedback loops and optimization initiatives,
• ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards,
• mentor team members and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Wymagania

• solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data lake architectures,
• hands-on experience designing and managing ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Apache NiFi, Talend, or Python/Scala scripts,
• proficiency in Azure cloud services and data-related components,
• ability to integrate data from APIs, databases, and third-party platforms,
• strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, as well as NoSQL technologies like MongoDB or Cassandra,
• knowledge of data governance principles including data lineage, cataloging, quality assurance, and compliance standards like GDPR,
• familiarity with CI/CD workflows, version control systems like Git, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation,
• experience using monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog,
• practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools including Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps,
• Nice to Have:
• deeper knowledge of advanced Azure services and architectures,
• ability to independently lead project initiatives from concept through deployment,
• experience coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and finalize solutions,
• participation in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and demos,
• familiarity with production release cycles and working with release management teams.
