The SDR Team Lead will manage and optimize the performance of a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), focusing on outbound lead generation via email, LinkedIn outreach, and leveraging automation tools for lead enrichment. The role is responsible for cold outreach metrics, overseeing the SDR process from lead sourcing to qualification and handoff to Account Executives (AEs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and coach a team of SDRs to meet KPIs in outreach and lead generation.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve outreach techniques, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Cold Outreach Optimization
- Manage SDR cold outreach via email and LinkedIn, ensuring efficient use of automation tools.
- Track metrics related to outreach (emails sent, LinkedIn activity, response and conversion rates).
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies, improving engagement and scheduling discovery calls.
- Lead Sourcing & Data Enrichment
- Use automation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for lead sourcing and CRM dataenrichment.
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of enriched leads in the CRM, with relevant data for targeted outreach.
- Lead Qualification
- Guide SDRs in lead qualification based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
- Ensure high-quality lead handoffs to AEs, enabling seamless follow-up for further nurturing.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Work closely with AEs for effective lead handoff and feedback on lead quality.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on lead sourcing strategies and support lead generation campaigns.
- Reporting & Metrics Tracking
- Track key metrics such as lead contact rates, response rates, and conversion rates to discovery calls.
- Report on SDR team performance and provide insights to improve outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an SDR or similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Proficient in email and LinkedIn outreach techniques and automation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Expandi, etc.).
- Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding SDR team metrics.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements.
