Your key responsibilities

• Leading and facilitating Scrum events, leveraging hands-on experience with Scrum and other agile frameworks such as Kanban or Lean, as well as techniques like User Stories, Burndown Charts, and Task Boards.
• Supporting the team in overcoming obstacles and providing training in agile methods and principles, requiring a fundamental understanding of the technical aspects of the project.
• Implementing improvement measures based on insights from retrospectives, with the ability to analyze processes and identify areas for enhancement.
• Assisting in the prioritization and planning of Product Backlog Items, as well as clarifying and detailing requirements in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Supporting the implementation of Scrum at the organizational level, methodically coaching all other team members, including the Product Owner in their roles.
• Acting to increase the teams agile maturity, with a particular focus on scaled agile projects.
• Proactively managing all aspects of project management to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3 years’ experience in delivery through any Agile development environment (SCRUM, SAFe, NEXUS, LeSS, APMG AGILE Framework)
• 2 years’ experience in effective implementation of Agile and Lean principles as a SCRUM Master
• 4 years’ experience in a project management role (PM), preferably in large-scale projects or programs within distributed multicultural environments.
• A higher education degree, preferably with a major in business, technology, science, engineering or mathematics.
• Good practical knowledge of the techniques used by SCRUM Master, Agile PM, PO (any renowned certification is a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques (e.g. SCRUM on team level, SAFe on project level).
• Experience in a facilitator role towards senior stakeholders in international, multicultural organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of agile management tools (JIRA, Confluence, AM).
• Ability to analyze processes and identify potential for improvement.
• Fluency in German, both spoken and written.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
