responsibilities :
Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of PI Planning with a focus on your teams contribution,
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workflow within your team,
Play a significant role in the formation, composition, and development of high-performing teams,
Support employees in the agile environment as part of training to become Agile Coaches,
Contribute to the continuous improvement and further development of performance within the ART (Agile Release Train),
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the teams progress.
requirements-expected :
Effectively navigated resistance to change and guided teams through successful transitions to agile methodologies,
A strong understanding of team dynamics and the ability to analyze team interactions to address potential conflicts constructively, fostering a collaborative and positive environment,
The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and management, to ensure clear understanding, alignment, and manage expectations effectively,
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to team progress,
A solid understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe),
A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing change,
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects,
Experience in breaking down hierarchical working styles and fostering a collaborative environment,
University degree and are fluent in German and English,
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a multicultural organization, with expertise in Scaled Agile Framework,
A strong understanding of various agile methodologies and the ability to adapt your approach to different contexts.
