responsibilities :
shaping self-management and interdisciplinarity of the team, helping the team to focus on producing valuable elements of the product, removing barriers, and caring for constructive SCRUM ceremonies;
managing the backlog taking care of an empirical approach to work planning and supporting stakeholders;
work in an international team based on agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe®) and the professional Software Delivery Life Cycle process;
cooperation with other departments in the company.
requirements-expected :
at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in projects related to delivering software to foreign clients;
practical experience with the Software Delivery Lifecycle, understanding of technical and business concepts in this cycle;
practical knowledge of SCRUM, Kanban and @Scale frameworks;
knowledge of agile methodologies at the level of several teams;
broad moderation and facilitation skills supported by practical experience;
highly developed interpersonal and communication skills - both in communication with the client and the development team;
mentoring skills - not only towards other Scrumasters but also for clients when transforming or developing agile approach;
constructive and proactive approach to solving problems;
fluent German language skills and communicative English language skills;
certifications in the field of agile methodologies are welcome.
