responsibilities :
You will act as a leader, role model supporting team and Product Owner;
Develop self-management and interdisciplinary teamwork focusing on producing valuable elements, removing barriers and ensuring adherence to defined scrum ceremonies;
You will be responsible for identifying team needs and provide needed support.
requirements-expected :
Practical experience in managing team as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in IT systems development;
You have knowledge and practical experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
You know software development cycle;
You are a person with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluent German as a must.
