Responsibilities
Guide and support development teams in applying Agile and Scrum practices
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and German-speaking stakeholders
You will collaborate with the Management to define budget, effort and staffing
You will need to manage the change request lifecycle
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery

Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Agile frameworks
Ability to interface with the technical team and the business
Experience working with distributed, international teams
Excellent communication skills in English, Polish and German
Availability to work remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter.
