responsibilities :

• Leading one or two Agile / Scrum teams
• Facilitate team meetings (Daily Stand-up calls, PI Plannings, Grooming sessions, retrospectives, etc.) in accordance with SAFe Agile principles
• Partner with PO, especially to support and ensure product backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning with high quality on features
• Work to maximize team productivity and remove any impediments that obstruct the Iteration goals
• Support Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, Confluence
• Inspire, motivate and coach team members on agile mindset and ways of working and help team in achieving PI goals
• Guide the teams on self organizing to fully realize their potential
• Facilitate regular assessment with team and communicate improvement opportunities
• Give feedback to the team and team members on a regular basis

• At least 3 years of documented experience in Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Management role
• Excellent communication skills in English (your team is global)
• SAFe knowledge,preferably in SAFe setup in large organization
• Good understanding of agile mindset and values
• Good facilitation skills that can guide individuals and teams to success
• Good understanding of agile roles, including their challenges and how to handle the
• Previous work experience from international matrix organization/experience with distributed global teams
• Previous experience in IT and/or banking area
• The knowledge about iterative and incremental development
• The knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
