Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Position: Scrum Master / Project Management - Working Student 

Duration: 12-24 months 

Location: Hybrid in Wroclaw, Poland

Education Recommendation: Computer Science or similar, Project Management, Informatics in Business 

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks 

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team, you will: 

• Ensure all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
• Facilitate the Scrum events
• Participate in the company wide/and local TC administrative tasks/actions/initiatives
• Assistance in coordination of projects and team members tasks
• Maintain data in Excel forms and be able to generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
• Support Local Product Owners/Team Manager/Team members
• Manage team backlog, items dependencies and risks
• Do automatization of manual work using Python or Excel VBA languages

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have: 

• Active status of student
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Office applications especially Excel
• Knowledge of Jira
• Theoretical knowledge about Scrum and Kanban
• Theoretical knowledge about Project Management
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate and co-operate with other people in various situations
• Self-motivated, responsible, and driven in using already acquired skills and acquiring new skills
• Ability to work under pressure

It would be nice if you also had:

• Basic level of programming skills with Python or Excel VBA languages
• Basic knowledge of Unix, Linux (command line)
• Testing knowledge (ISTQB foundation level)
• Networking knowledge
• Knowledge of GIT version control system
