How you will make an impact:

You will play a key part in our ability to deliver value to our business - from idea generation through maturation and execution as well as ensuring a robust handover to operations. Thus, you will drive efficiency, challenge and align priorities with the Product Owner from the business and keep the team on track with agreed-upon goals. You will likewise enhance transparency and engagement through effective internal and external communication with stakeholders and act as sparring. Further, your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in maturing new Epics and manage pipeline of new Epics and solutions in close collaboration with architects and functional consultants.
• Forecasting and controlling of financials.
• Lead agile coaching of team members and in general ensure the agile culture and mindset is driving the way we work and deliver value.
• Report and inform, participate in cross-train leadership meetings.
• Manage external vendors that are an integrated part of our scrum teams.
