Responsibilities:

1. Build and lead viable self-organizing teams.
2. Facilitate scrum team events, agile ceremonies and workshops.
3. Coach and mentor team members, establish feedback loops and encourage constant learning.
4. Motivate people and create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust and inclusion.
5. Develop a strong culture of knowledge sharing and drive relentless continuous improvements.
6. Steer problem-solving efforts, nurture stakeholder collaboration and guide conflict resolution.

Knowledge and Experience:

1. 2-3 years experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager.
2. Technical background or experience will be a plus.
3. Focus on communication, transparency and solving obstacles.
4. Knowledge/experience of other methodologies/processes than Scrum will be a plus.
