We are looking for SM to work with Loan IQ team, system used for lending products for our corporate customers. It is startegic application withon the hub for Complex & Structured Corporate Loans. Team is located mostly in Tr-City.

Scrum Master for Loan IQ team

Your responsibilities

We expect Scrum master to help to ensure progress, predictability and quality. Teams are a mix of internals and externals. SM is to work closely with Product Owner and the team to perform: planning, follow up, delivery, impediment handling, continuous Improvement.

SM supports the Technology Product Lead (TPL) which is an RTE with responsibility also for RUN the Bank in managing the Hub, and implementation of Ways of Working and tools.

Hybrid work - Gdańsk – 2 days per week from the office
