Our client is an innovative company operating in the ICT industry since 2023, specializing in NMS/OSS systems, system platforms, and as a Software House. It offers a wide range of products, from custom IT solutions, commercial solutions, to those based on open-source software, always tailored to the specific needs of the client. The company stands out in the market due to its expert management approach and a team with over a decade of experience in the industry. It is currently looking for professionals experienced in designing, implementing, operating, and servicing teleinformatic systems who want to join the team and collectively create innovative IT solutions. The ideal candidates are those who have technological certificates and a passion for creating new technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the role of Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Deep knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
• Experience working with development teams and ability to build a culture of collaboration
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to identify and resolve team impediments
• Excellent communication, mediation, and coaching skills
• Experience in Telco projects is a plus
• Communicative level of English

Responsibilities:

• Supporting teams in effectively applying Scrum and Agile practices
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting the team in delivering valuable products
• Identifying obstacles and supporting the team in removing them
• Collaborating with Product Owners and Analysts in managing the product backlog
• Monitoring and reporting team progress and identifying areas for improvement
• Educating the team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum
• Building an atmosphere of open communication and continuous improvement
• Supporting the organization in Agile transformation and promoting best practices
