We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a dynamic team focused on optimizing digital solutions for clients. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding the team towards achieving its goals, supporting self-organization, facilitating continuous improvement, and ensuring the smooth implementation of Scrum practices.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices
• Facilitating the achievement of sprint objectives
• Supporting release planning and scheduling
• Removing impediments to progress
• Managing communication and status reporting within the organization
• Encouraging continuous improvement within the team

Our requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT environment
• Certified Scrum Master and/or other Agile certification
• Experience in driving initiatives within an agile environment
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
