Project scope:

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos
• Track team velocity and sprint/release progress while maintaining comprehensive process documentation
• Ensure adherence to core agile principles such as collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and transparency
• Update and manage Product & Sprint Backlogs, recommending improvements and best practices
• Assist in internal and external communication to enhance transparency and information sharing
• Empower teams to self-organize and improve sprint productivity
• Manage key application release schedules, ad-hoc projects, and infrastructure initiatives
• Document and manage project schedules, timelines, and risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
• Certificated Scrum Master credential
• At least 4+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
• Minimum of 7-8 years of overall experience in IT
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver without requiring follow-ups
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of technology and ability to analyze and solve issues effectively
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
