responsibilities :

• Providing sustainable support and coaching to one or more agile teams,
• Creating an environment that supports continuous improvement and high performance,
• Helping teams focus on delivering valuable increments that meet the Definition of Done,
• Facilitating the use of Agile practices and tools (e.g., workshops, scaling patterns),
• Coaching teams on Scrum values and Agile principles,
• Helping remove impediments and unblocking team progress,
• Recognizing team dynamics and applying team-building models to improve collaboration,
• Establishing a culture of openness, trust, and transparency,
• Supporting product management and teams through organizational changes,
• Collaborating with other Scrum Masters,
• Leading or contributing to special initiatives as needed.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role within a different Agile framework (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, LeSS),
• Basic understanding of the SAFe framework,
• Familiarity with Kanban principles and workflows,
• Practical experience using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro,
• Open-mindedness, creativity, and a growth mindset,
• Strong communication skills and an outcome-focused approach,
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams,
• A strategic mindset and a strong drive for innovation,
• Customer-service orientation and a proactive, assertive approach,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, in a business context,
• Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate,
• Readiness for occasional international travel to client locations.
