Responsibilities : Support and coach Scrum teams in self-management. Ensure the Scrum team follow all quality requirements. Ensure that all Scrum events are conducted by the teams, are well managed and productive. Work to remove any internal and external impediments to the Scrum teams progress. Support Product Owners in defining and managing an effective Product Backlog. Support Product Owners in Backlog prioritization and roadmap planning. Facilitate the collaboration between the Scrum teams and stakeholders. Train and coach the Scrum Teams members in Scrum processes and values. Ensure the Scrum team follows all processes required by the organization. Plan and implement Agile methods implementations with the organization. Facilitate the Scrum Teams continuous improvement. Support Scrum Teams reporting and transparency according to organizational requirements. Plan and implement new Scrum Team establishment. Ensure that the teams capacity and costs are aligned to the requirements. Ensure that the Scrum teams manage their risks effectively. Support the organization in defining and improving processes with an Agile mindset. requirements-expected : Experience in supporting Scrum Teams to deliver projects on time, to budget and required quality.
