Support our client’s current team and two newly formed teams
Drive agile best practices and lead daily scrum ceremonies

responsibilities :

Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions
Ensure clear communication of progress, goals, and milestones through reporting and presentations
Monitor team capacity and velocity and maintain alignment with organizational reporting standards
Shield teams from unrealistic commitments and prevent delivery gaps or spillover
Manage, groom, and organize the product backlog, shaping the scope of upcoming sprints
Oversee deployment logs and ensure proper change and incident management processes are followed
Identify and address root causes of inefficiencies or recurring issues within or between teams
Guide user stories through their full lifecycle and uphold sprint and workflow standards
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts across teams and with external stakeholders

requirements-expected :

3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in multi-team environments
Proven ability to run daily scrums and facilitate all agile ceremonies
Strong capability to coordinate work across multiple development teams and external stakeholders
Skilled in backlog refinement, sprint preparation, and long-term prioritization
Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and planning skills
Experience working closely with developers and product managers
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira
