We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to facilitate the agile development processes and ensure teams adhere to Scrum practices to enhance project delivery and collaboration.

Your role will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the continuous improvement of processes and outcomes in agile projects.

Your tasks

• Design, implement, and optimize Agile/Scrum practices within multiple teams to enhance productivity and team morale
• Identify and resolve impediments faced by the team, ensuring a smooth flow of work and adherence to sprint goals
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clearly defined backlog and prioritize user stories according to business value and team capacity
• Mentor and train team members on Agile values and principles, fostering a culture of self-organization and accountability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role within a software development environment
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as Jira / Jellyfish
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Open for hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week on-site in Wrocław
• Residing in Poland required
