requirements-expected :
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing Agile teams in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and the SAFe framework.
Proficiency in Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence.
Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional, or equivalent Agile certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
Knowledge of English at a minimum level of B2+.
