Responsibilities

• Help Scrum teams maximize the value created (customer centric approach, shorten time to market, etc.)
• Ensure Scrum teams and stakeholders understand Agile/Lean theory and practices
• Constantly learn and educate on new Agile practices when needed
• Help teams with self-organization and cross-functionality development
• Facilitate team events

Requirements

• Experience as a member of an agile team, an agile mindset and an affinity for IT
• Ability to build trust and bonds with agile teams and management
• Clear understanding of people-centered leadership at eye level
• Good understanding of SW development processes and methods
• Background in IT and with a Scrum Master certificate
