We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join an e-mobility project. You will bring extensive experience in guiding teams through Agile and Scrum practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results in a collaborative environment. This is a senior-level role requiring strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and enabling team success.
The role is hybrid, with an expected 2-3 days a week of working in the office.
responsibilities :
Guiding the team and the organization in applying Agile/Scrum practices and values
Coaching the development team to improve self-organization and maturity
Supporting and educating the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization
Providing servant leadership and leading by example in day-to-day activities
Teaching Scrum roles, rules, and best practices across the team
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring delivery quality
Facilitating Scrum events, discussions, and decision-making processes
Removing impediments or enabling the team to resolve them independently
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
Strong Agile mindset with excellent knowledge of Agile principles and values
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Deep understanding of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and transparency practices
Familiarity with well-documented Scrum patterns and techniques (e.g., Burndowns/Burnups, Retrospective formats, bug handling approaches)
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Fluency in English and Polish required
Residing in Poland required
