responsibilities :
Guide teams and the organization on leveraging Agile/Scrum practices and values to create exceptional customer experiences
Help development teams achieve higher levels of self-organization and maturity, at a sustainable pace
Support and educate the Product Owner on refining and maintaining the product backlog
Provide support to the team using a servant leadership approach and lead by example
Drive process improvements and encourage innovation in delivery practices
Organize and facilitate Scrum events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
Identify and remove impediments, or guide the team to resolve them effectively
Help ensure the team maintains high quality in both processes and deliverables
Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while protecting the team’s Agile working environment
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience in the Scrum Master role for a software development team that diligently applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Deep understanding of Agile principles and values, with the ability to foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence for managing sprints, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation
Proven skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing team transparency
Familiarity with well-documented patterns and techniques, such as Burndown/Burnup charts, various Retrospective formats, and bug-handling approaches
Excellent communication and mentoring skills to guide teams and stakeholders effectively
Fluent in both English and Polish
Residing in Poland required
